While the design and prototype are completed, mass production will begin only after the funding goal is reached. Accurate Delivery Dates

We estimate that the first orders will begin shipping by December 2025, with all pre-orders fulfilled within the year. If delays occur, customers will be notified immediately with revised estimates.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested in cases where:

• Production or delivery is significantly delayed.

• The campaign cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  Refund requests will be processed promptly and fairly.

Shipments

Backers will receive the package via DHL/UPS/FedEx delivery service. Please note that customs might charge you for customs duty. We will declare the product no higher than its actual value. A tracking number will be provided once it's generated. You can also look up the status by logging in your account and see the "Order Status" page.
