These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the Web Site and any related services. By accessing or using the Web Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to These Terms

Inthemask is operated by Moli's Corporation (Shanghai), Ltd (上海莫丽斯实业有限公司) & Yiwu Xuancheng E-commerce Firm(义乌玹城电子商务商行).
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Web Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Web Site.

• If you are a minor under the laws of your place of residence, a parent or legal guardian must consent on your behalf.

Shipping & Processing

• Shipping and handling fees cover order processing, packing, and delivery costs.

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

• Orders are typically shipped via DHL / DPD / UPS. Free shipping may apply in certain cases.

• In most cases, orders are first shipped to a warehouse in Shenzhen, China, then forwarded to the final destination. As a result, two tracking numbers may be provided.

• Once tracking information is issued, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

• The courier is responsible for final delivery. We will assist with inquiries when requested, but claims must be raised within 5 days of delivery according to tracking records.

Refund & Return Policy

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of receipt.

• After the returned product is received and inspected, you may choose a replacement or a refund.

• We document all shipments prior to dispatch to confirm package integrity.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and may refuse delivery if visible damage is present.

Important Notes

• An original receipt is required for all returns.

• Private or hygiene-related items (including but not limited to packaging, zippers, hoods, mouth gags) are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only after inspection and approval.

Silicone Mask Disclaimer

• Silicone masks are delicate products and may be damaged due to improper handling or use.

• We accept quality-related claims within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

• Certain MoliFX products may include separate after-sales service terms, which shall prevail where applicable.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

• The item is custom-made or customized, including but not limited to Moli’s Zentai suits, MoliFX masks, NEOGAN masks, punched eyebrows, or special requests.

• The item has been used for sexual or intimate purposes.

• The item has been damaged, altered, tainted, or is no longer resellable.

• Local laws or customs regulations prevent the return shipment.

Refunds will not be issued for delays, customs duties, tariffs, or import-related issues.

User Comments

Any feedback, suggestions, or materials submitted to the Web Site become the property of Inthemask.
We may use such submissions without restriction or compensation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights

• Upload or distribute illegal, abusive, or offensive content

• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Web Site

User Content

You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you grant Inthemask a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for website operation, improvement, and marketing purposes.
