2. Shipping and Logistics
Our shipping and processing charges compensate for the cost of processing, handling, and packing your order.

Fulfillment: Most orders are processed through our logistics hub in China.

Tracking: You may receive two tracking numbers for a single order due to international transfer protocols.

3. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the handcrafted and intimate nature of silicone masks and custom apparel, specific restrictions apply:

Silicone Mask Warranty (48-Hour Rule): We accept quality reports only within the first 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept reports of rips or breakage after this period as such damage may occur during use.

Ineligible Items: Custom items (Moli’s Zentai, MoliFX, NEOGAN) and hygiene-sensitive goods (vagina pants, bodysuits, or items with mouth gags) are strictly non-returnable.

4. Quality Assurance
To ensure integrity, we record a video of every package during the packing process. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery and have the right to decline a package if the external shipping box is visibly damaged.
5. Intellectual Property
Any comments, feedback, or suggestions sent to us shall remain the exclusive property of MOLIS CORPORATION (HONG KONG) LIMITED. We shall be entitled to use and disclose such material for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including infringing on intellectual property rights, posting abusive content, or engaging in data scraping.
